Delivery terms

delivery in Moscow and the Moscow region

No fitting required

SDEK to pick-up point 530 rubles.
SDEK to door 730 rubles.
Delivery within the Moscow Ring Road, delivery time and cost are calculated by the manager.
Delivery outside the Moscow Ring Road, delivery time and cost are calculated by the manager.

With fitting

DÁTE courier with fitting 1100 rubles within the Moscow Ring Road.
The cost of delivery outside the Moscow Ring Road is calculated by the manager.

We offer delivery with fitting upon pre-payment equal to the cost of delivery to your address. If the customer cancels the order less than 24 hours in advance, the pre-payment for delivery is non-refundable.
The courier will wait for no more than 20 minutes for the fitting. If the time exceeds 20 minutes, an additional 50 ₽ will be charged for each subsequent 5 minutes.
The cost of delivery during non-working hours (before 9:00 and after 21:00) is calculated at a higher rate.

RUSSIA AND CIS COUNTRIES

We deliver by SDEC courier service or Russian Post. The cost and approximate delivery times are calculated by the manager.

OTHER COUNTRIES

Russian Post from 3500 rubles. Estimated delivery time: up to 2 weeks.
