RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF GOODS PURCHASED IN THE SHOWROOM
In accordance with Article 502 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the buyer has the right, within fourteen days from the date of transfer of non-food goods to him, to exchange the purchased goods at the place of purchase for similar goods of a different size, shape, dimensions, style, colour or configuration, making the necessary recalculation with the seller in case of a difference in price.If the seller does not have the goods necessary for exchange, the buyer has the right to return the purchased goods to the seller and receive a refund for the amount paid for them. Goods of good quality can be returned if they still look good (including all internal labels and factory tags), work fine, and you have a document showing you bought them and when.
An item is considered to be of inadequate quality and is not accepted for return if:
- The item has a strong foreign odour (sweat, perfume, kitchen (food) odour, cigarettes);
- The item has stains, traces of foundation (or other colouring agents), creases and wrinkles characteristic of wear, a large amount of animal hair, or fluff from a fur coat or sweater;
- The item has been washed;
- The item has torn internal seams or snags;
- The protective tape and seal have been removed.
According to Article 25 of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 dated 7 February 1992 ‘On the Protection of Consumer Rights’: 1. The consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of good quality for similar goods from the seller from whom the goods were purchased if the specified goods are not suitable in terms of shape, dimensions, style, colour, size or configuration. The consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of good quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase. 2. If a similar product is not available for sale on the day the consumer contacts the seller, the consumer has the right to refuse to perform the sales contract and demand a refund of the amount paid for the specified product. The consumer's demand for a refund of the amount paid for the specified product must be satisfied within three days from the date of return of the specified product.
RETURN OF GOODS PURCHASED REMOTELY
In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 ‘On the Protection of Consumer Rights’, the consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within seven days.
If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must refund the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, excluding the seller's costs for delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than ten days from the date of the consumer's request.
Please note that goods purchased at a discount are not returnable, but may be exchanged for other products in the store. By making a purchase on our website, you automatically accept the terms and conditions of sale.
